Product Manager by day, data nerd by night. I design solutions by blending strategy, data, and a little bit of stubborn optimism. When I’m not shipping work, you’ll find me hiking Colorado trails, building fantasy sports models, or cheering on the Pacers. Originally from Indiana, I love good music, great friends, and any tech that makes work feel less like work.

Product Manager — Spectrum - Self-Service Products and Platforms, Spectrum Community Solutions

December 2025 – Present

  • Built and deployed an AI-powered BRD-to-Jira automation tool that saves the product team an estimated 150-200 hours annually and reduces offshore dev clarification requests by streamlining requirements translation.
  • Created a Kiro IDE skill using Claude Opus that converts business requirement documents, Figma screenshots, and feature specs into Jira user stories using an MCP server, complete with acceptance criteria and story point estimates—eliminating the manual back-and-forth that typically delays sprint planning.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle for Spectrum Community Solutions (broadband and managed services for multifamily properties), from roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment to user story creation and cross-functional delivery with offshore development teams.

Product Manager — PaySimple - EverCommerce

January 2023 – May 2025

  • Streamlined payment gateway integrations and Salesforce reporting workflows that improved billing data accuracy and reduced merchant onboarding friction for thousands of SMB customers across multiple verticals.
  • Led cross-functional delivery of core payment system enhancements by translating complex compliance and risk requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring seamless UAT cycles for high-volume transaction processing. -Owned the complete product backlog for PaySimple’s payment and billing platform as well as vertically-tailored SaaS platforms in the professional services and health & wellness spaces, managing Agile delivery cycles from stakeholder requirements through sprint execution and coordinating releases with QA and data engineering teams.
